Very good location - just in the city centre, near by many shops, bars. Also 2 minutes walk from the Levante beach and open market place. Reasonable price in comparison to the standard. Nice balcony view.

Very basic kitchen equipment, living space limited for only 2 people. Quite loud, as below there is a night bar-club.

The location was very good.

The bed setee with springs coming through, no wardrobe just a hanging rail, smelt foisty, loose plug sockets, swimming pool filthy.

Central location, nice friendly staff, rooms had tired and old furniture and bathroom wasn't the best, it flooded when you had a shower,pool was small but ok. if you want cheap and cheerful it's ok

There were 7 of us staying there for my Hen weekend. The location was ideal-we could see the beach from our appartment window as well as shops and bars-only a couple of blocks/5 mins if walk to the nightlife strip/square, the staff were very friendly and helpful, (we loved Mary!! :)) the appartments had everything you could need for a basic self-catering stay. I would go back there.

Near the beach,near all the bars and very good value for money at £15 a night per person.

Shower filled the bathroom with half inch of water every time it was used.

Deposit required and need to check out at a time when there was staff available to check room and return deposit. No good if you have an early or late flight to catch.

The price and the location was perfect, a 5 minute walk from the beach and most pubs and clubs. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff were friendly.

I was not impressed with the fact that we were charged 150 euros deposit per room and that this had to be paid by cash! The money was refunded without a problem at the end of the stay, but was was rather inconvenient, don't recall being advisded of this prior to stay. In addition, they advised that I had to pay the balance by cash on arrival as their card payment machine was broken. Upon complaint about this, the machine was conveniently fixed within 10 minutes. At the end of the stay, we were required to take our own rubbish out to the skip round the corner.

Very basic, room needed painting, some light bulbs did not work no curtains in room just black out curtains very poor on pots and pans.

Friendly, helpful staff and close proximity to beach. perfect for groups looking for a beach/clubbing holiday. very quiet as well surprisingly and very good sized apartments.

Location excellent! Right in the middle of everything. Polite & helpful staff. Rooms modern with a washing machine, tv & air con.

No balconies/terrace for apartments. The apartments are not described well enough. There are 3-4 studio apts available on the top floor with a balcony and to get to the swimming pool, you have to go through a public bar!

Staff helpful, allowed us to check in 3 hrs early. No problems with refund of deposits

Shower needed updating.
